No Name is our signature blend. It is medium to full bodied with a flavour profile similar to that of a traditional espresso but slightly sweeter, and smoother with a rich chocloate base and layers of caramel, honeycomb and maple syrup sweetness. Approachable, balanced and easy to drink but with plenty of character, this coffee is a great allrounder, working equally well as espresso or with milk.
The current blend consists of 60% Brazil Daterra Santa Colomba a pulped coffee which brings milk chocolate, caramel and smooth nutty notes to the table. This is balanced by 20% Peru Aprysa, a washed coffee that adds a touch of honeycomb and caramel, and 20% Colombia Viani another washed coffee which bringing splashes of syrupy sweetness .
We roast this blend to a slightly more developed profile than we do as single origins to help soften the acidity and increase the body and sweetness making it suitable for all brew methods but working especially well as espresso.

Love the taste of this coffee, and cannot have enough. I bought 2 kg of it after trying their smaller bags of coffee beans. It's just absolutely perfect. Also the service received is amazing, and great care taken to their customers. I had a bit of a delay on getting my coffee shipped to me, and that meant I needed to get extra coffee locally, which was more expensive and unnecessary, if they had shipped within their promised time-frame. However, and despite this, I got an email apologising for it and with a nice goodwill gesture. This showed me that they cared for my purchase and me as a customer. I will deffo be getting my regular coffee from them. Would really love if they had a subscription based model, as I am sure customers would buy more and more frequently.

It has been a joy to discover Anonymous Coffee. The coffee is amazing and the personal touch with the delivery is fantastic. I’m working my way through all the different varieties and none have disappointed. I would also recommend going for a coffee at the shop as there are delicious pastries to go with your coffee.
