No Name is our signature blend. It is medium to full bodied with a flavour profile similar to that of a traditional espresso but slightly sweeter, and smoother with a rich chocloate base and layers of caramel, honeycomb and maple syrup sweetness. Approachable, balanced and easy to drink but with plenty of character, this coffee is a great allrounder, working equally well as espresso or with milk.
The current blend consists of 60% Brazil Daterra Santa Colomba a pulped coffee which brings milk chocolate, caramel and smooth nutty notes to the table. This is balanced by 20% Peru Aprysa, a washed coffee that adds a touch of honeycomb and caramel, and 20% Colombia Viani another washed coffee which bringing splashes of syrupy sweetness .
We roast this blend to a slightly more developed profile than we do as single origins to help soften the acidity and increase the body and sweetness making it suitable for all brew methods but working especially well as espresso.
